What is Coaching?
"Let the gentle bush dig its root deep and spread upward to split the boulder." Carl Sandburg
Coaching nudges one to go below the surface of the issue -- to dig deep in order to overcome obstacles and achieve profound, lasting change.
Do you know who you want to be?
What you want to do with your life?
How you want to show up for others?
Are you stuck somewhere on that path?
Coaching can help you to...
improve your performance
develop clarity in your aspirational goals
move beyond that stuck space
provide structure and accountability in goal setting
identify resources and overcome obstacles along the way
celebrate your progress and maximize your motivation
foster sustainability of your growth
